Mold Manufacturing Process Improvement Analysis In H Company

As the competition of the market turn worse increasingly,the profit of manufacturing industry has been cut down day by day.Lots of enterprises have introduced some advanced management experience from foreign countries,in order to survive in the fierce market environment.Such as LEAN PRODUCTION,BASIC INDRUSTIES ENGINEERING,CONSTRAINT THEORY,BUSINESS PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING,SIX SIGMA and so on.These theories have been used well in some companies,and have made lots of benefit to the companies.But these theories are not suitable for all kinds of enterprises.Many domestic companies failed in introducing the outstanding theories which have succeed in foreign companies.So,we think that the most important thing to the companies which want to use the advanced management experience is to get the key point of the theories and transfer it to be suitable to the actual conditions of the company.The article mainly talks about the improvement of manufacturing process of part class A of H company.First of all,we use the theory of VSM to find the problems in the manufacturing process.Then,to solve the problem of OEE,we applied the method of man-machine analysis and SMED,and Spaghetti chart to layout issues.Finally,procedure analysis is used to improve the efficiency of the quality feedback process.The application of these theories makes great profit to H company.And can be examples to the others readers who want to use these theories too.
