This paper describes the rapid die change in the J company's roll job on the application.Since the introduction of domestic companies to Germany SMS company or the United States SCR's copper rod continuous casting and rolling production line,the production line for imported products with stable quality,high production efficiency,low energy consumption characteristics,resulting in 8 mm low oxygen bright copper rod Casting and rolling production line in the country and more intensive launched.Although the market has a larger wire and cable,enameled wire and other factory digestion capacity,but by the end of 2015 compared to 2014,copper rod continuous casting and rolling enterprises still have more than 100 million tons of new capacity has been or is about to put into production.On the one hand,a large number of new production capacity in East China and North China will lead to fierce competition.On the other hand,according to the survey of downstream customers by J Company,the southern part of J Company,which has the world's largest continuous casting and rolling production line,still needs to come from East China A large number of copper procurement.How to increase the production efficiency and product quality of J company's continuous casting and rolling production line,to occupy and consolidate the market of South China as far as possible is the urgent task of J Company.In this paper,J company is now high production costs of the composition of the factors analyzed,resulting in lack of production rate of interest is caused by the high cost of J companies one of the major factors,the use of tools such as pareto analysis of the production rate of the greatest impact The factor is that the roll change operation takes too long.In this paper,we analyze the factors that affect the efficiency of the roll change by using the fishbone diagram,and use the rapid die changing technology to transform the internal work into external work,improve the internal work,inspection work and external work efficiency.Method to improve the multi-station roll-changing process and shorten the operating time using the parallel operation mode,and optimize the parallel operation during the actual roll-changing operation.Finally,5S and standardized operation tools are used to consolidate the improvement activities.Through the above activities for the roll change operations can effectively improve the work efficiency of the roll,and reduce the production rate due to roll change operation rate,which will move the production rate from 75% to 90%,the actual years Saving downtime more than 180 hours,directly reduce the production cost per ton of copper rod 14.59 yuan.Effectively increasing the production capacity while reducing costs and enhance the enterprises in the face of external pressure when the competitiveness.
