Engineering Design On The Treatment Of Meat Processing Wastewater

Meat product processing wastewater mainly comes from raw material processing and the waste water produced in the processing process.The main characteristics of the wastewater are high organic concentration,high oil content,many impurities,excessive nitrogen and phosphorus,and good biodegradability.With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,more stringent requirements have been put forward for the existing treatment process of meat product processing wastewater.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the treatment of meat product processing wastewater for protecting water environment and solving environmental pollution.In this paper,based on the characteristics of meat product processing wastewater,the treatment status at home and abroad and the relevant laws and regulations on the basis of effluent discharge requirements,in order to achieve stable and efficient treatment effect,moderate investment and operation cost and simple operation as the goal,the engineering design of the meat product processing wastewater treatment system.In this paper,design processing scale of 500 m³ / d,COD_Cr in meat processing wastewater and the characteristics of high concentrations of oil,combined with the conditions of water quality of water in ensuring technology mature and stable treatment effect under the premise of comprehensive consideration,ease operation cost,reliability and operation and so on various aspects of requirements,finally choose "micro filter filtration-two levels of air flotation-Bardenpho-chemical phosphorus removal-diatomite filtration" technology as the main body treatment scheme,The effluent quality of processed meat wastewater after treatment meets the first-level discharge standard in the discharge standard for water pollutants in meat processing industry?gb13457-1992?.After in determining the technological process on the basis of related technologies,design specification and design manual for sewage and sludge treatment structures and ancillary building process,construction,electrical,automatic control,the general layout and so on various professional design,map related floor plan,elevation drawing process,and the engineering cost analysis and estimation of engineering investment.The design features advanced technology,good treatment effect,stable water output,easy operation and management,low investment and operation cost,etc.It can provide reference for the treatment of meat processing wastewater.
