Agricultural and sideline products processing industry is the Hunhe middle reaches of the emerging industries.Located in the Puhe of Shenyang Hunhe tributaries,agricultural and sideline products processing park haves dairy products production,meat processing,feed processing,industrial enterprises,such as wine beverage production,they discharge of industrial wastewater in PuHe and Hunhe caused the pollution of the aquatic environment.The increasing complexity degree of the number of production enterprises and industrial pollution,in urgent need of research and development the depth of source control and integrated wastewater treatment technique,improve sewage recycle ratio,ensure comprehensive wastewater discharging meet requirements standard.This dissertation is the National 12th Five-year Plan water special for this problem to set up the Hunhe middle reaches of the water pollution control and water environment comprehensive improvement of technology integration and demonstration project of corpus,agricultural and sideline products processing park the part of wastewater advanced treatment technology research and demonstration.research and development meat processing,dairy wastewater advanced treatment and reuse technology,agricultural and sideline products processing park comprehensive the technology of discharge wastewater,breakthroughs in agricultural and sideline products processing zone of tail water and the connection technology of river water quality,set up the depth of the agricultural and sideline products processing park comprehensive wastewater treatment technology system.This dissertation to Furun meat processing co.,LTD.and Mengniu dairy co.,LTD wastewater treatment plant effluent as the research object.Sewage stand out the two companies are only COD,T-P,hardness can't meet with standards,Furun meat processing co.,LTD.,the effluent COD 44.5-89.6 mg/L;T-P 1.519-6.124 mg/L;Hardness is 329-405 mg/L.Mengniu dairy companies the effluent COD 30.01-85.9 mg/L;T-P 3.76-25.01 mg/L;Hardness is 210-572 mg/L.Reach back into the water COD 50 mg/L;T-P 1 mg/L;Hardness is 350 mg/L.According to the sample survey and National "Twelfth Five-year Plan" special subject requirements of the design with reverse osmosis as the main body of the test device,the treatment effect is good,every index of meat processing wastewater effluent COD,T-P,hardness of water index were 6.2 mg/L,0.13 mg/L and 6.15 mg/L,the removal rate reached 90%,respectively,95%,99%,of dairy wastewater effluent COD,T-P,hardness of water index were 5.6 mg/L,0.24 mg/L and 19.75 mg/L,removal rate reached 90%,respectively,95%,99%,the index can reach the standard back into the water,water treatment effect is good.For lucubrating,design and form a pilot scale reverse osmosis device,the device for each pollutant removal effect is still good,stable COD under 20 mg/L,the COD removal rate steady at around 90%;T-P is almost close to zero;The water conductivity also keep below 20?S/cm;Under the water hardness up to 10 mg/L,fully achieve the water reuse standard.And through the operating pressure,transmembrane pressure difference,desalination rate determines the optimum operation parameters such as pressure 0.6 MPa and optimal reflux ratio 70%,and through the experiment concluded that the 4040 biggest of reverse osmosis membrane permeability and under COD 2500p,S/cm and 150 mg/L.When the reverse osmosis is deeply polluted,chemical cleaning can make its back to normal working condition.Calculate single reverse osmosis membrane test apparatus,the cost of operating sewage is 1.212yuan per ton,and by increasing of the membrane and progression to further reduce operating costs,has the very good economic benefits.For later engineering application provides reference object.
