Study On Natural Disasters And Prevention Measures In Hedong Area During The Sui,Tang And Five Dynasties

This paper aims at the natural disasters in the Hedong area of the Sui,Tang and Five Dynasties and aims to comprehensively explore the natural disasters in the region.The main disasters in the Hedong area of the Sui,Tang and Five Dynasties were mainly because: 1.During the Sui,Tang,and Five Dynasties,the Hedong area occupied a very important position in politics,economy,and military affairs.Second,the academic circles also studied the natural disasters in the Hedong area during the Sui,Tang,and Five Dynasties.Relatively weak,this paper attempts to provide a complete picture of the natural disasters in the Hedong area of the Sui,Tang and Five Dynasties by combing and summarizing historical materials.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,introducing the significance of the research,defining the scope of the research and the current relevant research status.The second part is the types of natural disasters in the Hedong area of the Sui,Tang and Five Dynasties and their spatial and temporal distribution.Through a large amount of historical materials,the disasters in this area are sorted out.On the basis of this,the paper analyzes the degree of disasters and the distribution of time and space of various disasters.The third part is the characteristics and causes of natural disasters in the Hedong area of the Sui and Tang Dynasties,and analyzes the characteristics of natural disasters in the Hedong area of the Sui,Tang and Five Dynasties from a macro perspective.And the social factors to analyze the causes of disasters;the fourth part is the impact of natural disasters and prevention measures in the Hedong area of the Sui,Tang and Five Dynasties,analyzing the impact of various types of disasters on the livelihoods and military wars of the people in Hedong,and finally,through pre-disaster prevention and disaster The prevention and control measures for natural disasters in Hedong area are analyzed in the areas of assistance,disasterrecovery and non-governmental disasters.The full text is based on the internal logic of "types and laws of disasters-characteristics and causes of disasters-impacts and prevention of disasters".The chapters are closely related and form a systematic study of natural disasters in Hedong area during the Sui,Tang and Five Dynasties.
