With the improvement of people's living standards,health preservation is called a hot topic after tea and meals,and people's attention to tea is also rising.Tea drinking is the source of thinking.Through the study of the development of tea industry in history,we can guide the development of tea industry in the future and push the tea industry to a new peak.Geographical conditions and tea growth in Central Plains during the Tang and Song Dynasties.Compared with the present,the temperature and humidity in the Central Plains were slightly higher in the Tang and Song Dynasties.Compared with the northernmost boundary of tea in Xinyang,Henan Province,the Central Plains in the Tang and Song Dynasties could meet certain conditions for tea growth,and the northernmost boundary of tea cultivation would move northward.Tea industry and social environment influenced each other in Tang and Song Dynasties.On the one hand,with the development of society and the improvement of productivity,people's food and clothing problems have been solved,and they begin to need higher levels of material enjoyment and spiritual pursuit,which has promoted the rapid development of tea industry;On the other hand,the rapid development of tea industry also promotes the development of productive forces and social progress from all aspects of politics and economy.Both of them promoted each other,which provided a powerful impetus for the emergence of splendid civilization in the Tang and Song Dynasties.The contacts between Tang Dynasty and the surrounding countries were very close.Tea also spread abroad with China's foreign exchanges.It spread in Korea,Japan,Vietnam,India,Arab and other regions.The prosperity of tea culture in Tang and Song Dynasties had a great impact on the surrounding countries.
