China's industrial oil market is maturing day by day.It has not only been widely used in the industrial field,but also has a fairly strong audience in the automotive field.With China's economic development and the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for industrial oil is also gradually increasing.How to gain an advantageous position in the fierce market competition and improve its own competitiveness is an urgent problem for industrial oil enterprises.Based on the analysis and diagnosis of the present situation,external environment and internal conditions of Chaixin Group,this paper designs the overall development strategy of Chaixin Group in the next ten years.The main body of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,selects scientific research methods,and clarifies writing ideas and main structural arrangements.The second part is related theoretical analysis,focusing on several representative strategic theories in the enterprise development strategy and defining the direction and method for the writing of the article.The third part uses PEST environmental analysis model,five forces model,SWOT analysis and other tools and methods to analyze in detail the opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses faced by Chaixin Group,laying the foundation for strategy formulation.The fourth part discusses the strategic choice and formulation of chain Xin group's development,and determines the ten-year development strategy and financial indicators.The fifth part puts forward concrete measures and suggestions for the implementation of the development strategy of Chaixin Group,and makes efforts from five aspects.
