| With the improvement of living consumption level and the popularity of the mass fitness programs,more and more people become involved in fitness activities.Compared with outdoor sports,more people choose to exercise indoors.Therefore the demand for sports and fitness clothing in the market is greatly increased.increase.At present,fitness is mainly based on indoor sports,and the fitness sportswears are mostly tight-fitting clothes.In addition to fashion and aesthetics,functional requirements for ventilation and moisture permeability of sportswear are increased.Most of the sports clothing on the domestic market is dominated by weft knitting,and the development of warp knitted sportswear products has broad prospects.Due to the immature development of warp-knitted full-fashioned sportswear,and most of the research fields are crafts,sizes,etc and the main product is women’s clothing.There are few studies on the development and comfort performance of sportswear,especially men’s sportswear.The warp-knitted full-fashioned sports men’s vest studied in this paper is a tight-fitting tubular structure.which meets the requirements of the human body characteristics and combines the breathability and moisture permeability with the jacquard patterns.Improve the breathability and moisture permeability of sportswear through functional partition optimization design,and provides practical guidance for the production development and functional comfort of warp-knitted full-fashioned sportswear.This paper analysis of male human structural features,and combines it with the principle of warp-knitted full-fashioned process,On the basis of studying the size design of knitted garments,combined with the design requirements of warp-knitted full-fashioned men’s sports vest,and establishes a prototype version of warp-knitted men’s sports vest and size model.Different degrees of temperature and humidity were divided by analyzing the sweating amount and heat and moisture distribution of the upper body of the male human body.Combining the heat and humidity partitions of the human body with the warp-knitted full-fashioned garments,the moisture-permeable and ventilated areas of the men’s warp-knitted full-fashioned sports vests are established through region segmentation.The permeability and moisture permeability of two kinds of raw materials and 11 kinds of jacquard patterns were tested,and the effects of the changes of raw materials and structure on the properties of fabrics were discussed.The results show that the material A(40D nylon + 2050 nylon coated yarn)is superior to B(70D nylon + 4060 nylon coated yarn)in terms of breathability and moisture permeability;Warp-knitted mesh structure is superior to thin and thick tissue in terms of breathability and moisture permeability;The comprehensive performance of the mesh structure of the diamond arrangement is superior to the horizontal parallel mesh structure;The larger the mesh,the smaller the proportion of the thick tissue,and the better the moisture permeability and the gas permeability;The transverse stretch ratio of the fabric affects its air permeability,and the air permeability gradually increases with the increase of the stretch ratio.Through the scientific and rational selection of materials and organization,the overall wearing comfort of the garment can be improved.According to the Jacquard sample test and comprehensive performance evaluation,the Jacquard organization with better comprehensive performance was selected to fill the functional partition of the warp-knitted full-fashioned men’s sports vest.Subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation methods were used to verify the overall comfort performance of warp knitted full-fashioend sport vests.The result is that the optimized warp knitted full-fashioned sport vest has better comprehensive performance.And the comfort of clothing is improved.It also provides a reference and basis for the development of comfortable and functional warp knitted full-fashioned sport men’s wear. |
