This paper studies the principle of the 3D knitting technology of little caliber circular warp knitting machine. The industry textiles is developing rapidly and it attaches importance to the 3D textile products with advantage in recent years. As a part of the industry textile products, the 3D textile with the shape of canister is getting important. Most of the prefabrication with 3D knitted structure is made in flat knitting machine, and stitching makes the prefabrication with the shape of tube. The disadvantage of stitching is the properties of knitting composites, such as strength, toughness, anti-impact, anti-cut, would be weak as rumple would be made in the process of making prefabrication and resin together. The aim of 3D knitting technology of little caliber circular warp knitting machine is to make 3D warping industry textile products with the shape of canister in one molding. In this prefabrication, the yarns run through all parts of the fabric. As a result, the textile composites with this prefabrication are light, but the strength of that is high. Therefore, it is necessary to study of the 3D circular warpingtechnology.It is simply discussed that the development of the textile machine in China in this paper. The trend of the production of textile machine is rising steadily. However, the textile technology in China is relatively low and the knowledge of technology in textile machine is not enough. One of the critical points is technicians should master the core of the technology and hold property right of themselves. The technology of 3D knitting includes weaving, knitting, braiding and stitching. The 3D knitting technology is developing rapidly. This paper introduces the characteristic and application of textile composites. There is not any shaping technology of 3D warping with the structure of canister in or out of China.The circular guide bar of little caliber circular warp machine lead the yarns to swing in the front of the needles and can not lay in the needle. The needle hook gradient yarns to knit and it is not reliable. In order to ensure the 3D knitting, this paper studies the affect of the rising and declining of the needle, the highness and angle of guide bar, the clearance between guide bar and needle, the distance between former loop and the back of needle to the security of laying-in. It is possible for little caliber circular warp machine to 3D-knit, so the paper analyze the feasibility of 3D knitting andreconstruction.The 3D-knitted parts of the little caliber circular warp machine are lay-in driving and lay-in guide. The lay-in driving is gear case driving to achieve the two-direction movements of the lay-in check. This method can use the end of lay-in yarn and the process of knitting can go on wheels. The movements of lay-in guide combine circle movements with lay-in check and to-and-fro swing movements with rotate axial to ensure the security of lay-in of the yarns.
