Petrochemical enterprises are high-risk industries,and are prone to sudden water pollution accidents such as leaks and explosions.In particular,a station in a gas field in western Sichuan contains 6 development wells,1 desulfurization station,1 natural gas gathering station and 1 gas field water comprehensive treatment device.The major pollution sources in the station site are large and dense,and the site groundwater environmental risk High,the site is covered with the Quaternary Holocene alluvial,alluvial gravel pebble layer with large coefficient of permeability and strong permeability.In order to reduce the possibility of groundwater pollution incidents and improve the response capacity of pollution incidents,it is necessary to propose reasonable and effective technical methods to achieve the protection objectives of the groundwater environment.For such high-permeability and high-concentration sites,daily groundwater protection measures should be taken to reduce the possibility of accidents,early warning of pollution accidents,simulation of site pollution incidents,and prediction of the extent and range of pollutant migration.The results of the analysis and discussion of the specific implementation of monitoring technology,that is,through the reasonable arrangement of monitoring and control wells to achieve the timeliness and emergency requirements of emergency response when the pollution occurred.Based on the analysis of the actual site hydrogeological conditions and pollution production,the Visual Modflow is used to predict the pollution range,and the monitoring results are as follows:1)Based on the analysis of the hydrogeological conditions of the petrochemical site and surrounding areas,the collection of relevant data and the review of the literature,the daily protection measures to meet the groundwater environmental protection requirements of the petrochemical site are proposed;more targeted monitoring and control is proposed for such high-concentration and high-permeability sites.Combined with technical methods to achieve the combination of groundwater monitoring,early warning and pollution accident control,to achieve the site pollution emergency disposal requirements.2)Using numerical simulation software,a three-dimensional water flow model of groundwater in the site-centered area is established.Based on this,the pollutant migration range of the site leakage accident is predicted.The scope is used as the key basis for the monitoring and control well layout;Monitor equipment and set monitoring frequency so that monitoring wells can detect pollutants in groundwater early to achieve early warning.3)According to the analysis of site pollution prediction results,the sewage from the comprehensive gas utilization equipment in the site is leaked for 72 hours.The concentration of pollutants in the groundwater is high,the migration distance is long,and the scope of impact is large.The leakage event is designated as a site-level event,and the combination is based on monitoring and control.The technology is used as an emergency response to the on-site pollution incident at the site,that is,through the monitoring and control wells laid out in the previous stage to achieve dynamic monitoring,and discover the dual effects of early warning of pollutants and timely extraction of pollutants to control the migration of pollution plumes.4)Through the analysis of the influencing factors in the pumping process of the monitoring well,the reasonable well spacing and the elevation of the filter floor are determined.33 kinds of monitoring and control well layout and pumping schemes are designed for the petrochemical site.The weighted average method is used and the objectives are comprehensively considered.In the state of the technical requirements,all the design schemes are scored through three optimization methods,and finally the recommended scheme 19 is used as the layout method and pumping scheme of the monitoring and control well of the petrochemical site.5)Based on the discussion of the combination of monitoring and control in the groundwater pollution emergency disposal of petrochemical sites,the emergency response mechanism of "dynamic monitoring,early warning,monitoring and control combination,timely pumping" of groundwater pollution accidents with strong-permeability and high-concentration sites in the same type of petrochemical site is proposed.
