Research On The Improvement Of Ecological Environment Administrative Law Enforcement In China

Ecological development promotes the development of civilization,and ecological weakness leads to the weakening of civilization.The survival and development of mankind requires a good ecological environment.Although China is in a large ecological environment,the capacity of the environment is limited,the ecological environment is fragile,the environmental pollution is serious,and the ecological environment is deteriorating.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of ecological civilization has been put on the agenda,and more than 40 reform methods such as the "Overall Plan for the Reform of Ecological Civilization System" and the "Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Ecological Civilization" have been formulated.The governance of the ecological environment cannot be based solely on the improvement of the system,but also the improvement of the rule of law.At present,most of the outstanding problems in ecological environment protection are lax system,imperfect laws,imperfect systems,and inadequate supervision.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a unified rule of law system.Legislation is the foundation,the key lies in the implementation.The level of administrative enforcement of ecological environment will directly affect the effect of environmental governance.From the perspective of ecological environment law enforcement,this paper expounds the status quo and problems of China’s ecological environment law enforcement,and actively learns from the results and experience of foreign ecological environment law enforcement,combined with the actual situation in China,on this basis,proposes to improve China’s ecological environment administration.The countermeasures of law enforcement will accelerate the construction of the rule of law in ecological civilization and comprehensively improve the ecological environment of China.
