With the continuous progress of industrial wheels in China,the trend of dust explosion is becoming more and more severe.In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of dust explosion accidents,it is particularly important to study a scientific and reasonable risk assessment method for enterprises involved in dust explosion so as to make a reasonable hierarchical control of the risk of dust explosion accidents and ensure the safe and stable operation and development of enterprises involved in dust explosion.Yes.Based on a large number of on-site inspection data and previous research results,this paper establishes a unique dust explosion risk assessment method,and takes a manufacturing enterprise in Beijing as an application case to provide scientific and reasonable guidance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: study on risk analysis parameters of dust explosion;study on risk assessment of dust explosion;application of risk assessment of dust explosion.Finally,after on-site supervision and inspection of a large number of explosive dust enterprises in Beijing,various risk factors causing dust explosion are analyzed and summarized.The index system of three-tier ladder structure is established from two aspects: the possibility of dust explosion and the severity of its consequences.The risk classification and assignment of each index of dust explosion are established.Starting from the characteristics of the index system,referring to a large number of on-site inspection and research data,combined with relevant laws and regulations,the risk levels of each index are defined,and different risk levels are assigned accordingly.Successfully combines AHP with entropy method,applies combination weighting method to weigh the index weight,and establishes the assessment model of dust explosion risk.The risk grade of dust explosion is determined by the comprehensive calculation of risk grade and weight of each factor,and the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are put forward according to the results of field inspection.However,there are still some deficiencies in this paper: Firstly,the data of dust explosion characteristics need to be improved.Based on the previous research data and experiments,this paper only carried out the explosion characteristics experiment of a processing and manufacturing enterprise in Beijing.Due to the lack of personal ability,a systematic dust characteristic data system has not been established.Secondly,the classification of dust explosion risk assessment index system needs to be further accurate.Finally,the compilation of the evaluation software needs to be solved.Based on the evaluation method in this paper,a software for risk assessment of dust explosion can be compiled,so as to evaluate the dust explosion site conveniently and quickly.
