Recently,with the rapid development of UV embossing technology,UV embossing with great thickness began to take more attention,because it can solve some problems for the special products.In this thesis,we have studied the material and process conditions of UV embossing technology with grate thickness,which was divided into four parts as follows:1.The different films were prepared through changing the proportion of polyurethane acrylate in UV resin materials.The visual inspection,manufacturing,mechanical properties,pencil hardness and abrasive resistance testing verified that the optical composite film have optimal technological conditions when the proportion of polyurethane acrylate is 10%..2.We chose the optimal UV optical composite films to study the effect of UV exposure energy on the property of the optical composite film.UV exposure energy test were carried for the above UV system.The best UV exposure energy range was from 500 to 700mj/cm23.We studied the thickness effect of different wheel pressure,line speed,UV resin temperature and drum roller temperature in the UV resin,the excellent optical composite film with 120 ?m thickness have prepared,the optimal conditions have list as follows:at 1 kg/mm2 wheel pressure,5 m/min line speed,UV resin temperature 45?,drum roller temperature 35?.4.By the study of the lamination performance of the optical composite film,we find that the smooth additive in the UV resin have the greatest effect on the lamination property for the optical composite film,the 1%usage of was the best amount.Moreover,the peeling force of the protective film decreased,when the optical composite film structures pitch increased.Different adhesive materials have almost no effect on the peeling force of the optical composite film.
