Exercise has become a lifestyle for people to pursue health,in particular,the participants in the outdoor sports of road riding are no longer includes male only.The participation of female makes the riding stretches over different genders and age groups.For the riders,the design of riding clothing is crucial,such as the comfort and protective functions,female have even higher requirements for the design.Currently,clothes produced by domestic brands are not well fitted,as they usually refer to the size of European and American countries,not to mention that the gender discrimination and product classification are low.The design appearance is also too masculine and not clearly targeted.As a result,the sales volume of the products is relatively low.Due to the unreasonable design of domestic products,it is necessary to solve the current problems as soon as possible,so that fashionable road cycling clothes that are suitable for domestic female body shape can be designed to assist the sports.In the research on the design of female’s road cycling clothes,this paper studies the literature and materials of related content both at home and abroad to understand the development status of cycling clothes.Professional features of cycling clothes are analyzed by comparing its fabrics,styles and colors with ordinary sportswear.Detailed analysis is carried out on the partial changes of road cycling clothes currently applied in production;besides,the overall and detailed design optimization is summarized from the aspects of comfort,functionality and fashion combines with the user demand survey,domestic female bodies,riding environment,riding dynamic characteristics and experience of wearing cycling clothes.By using 3D fitting software,the design programs of female’s road cycling clothes for different seasons are virtually displayed,in order to show the fitting,pressure value distribution and safety functions,more importantly,to solve problems exit in female’s road cycling clothes more quickly and efficiently.In this way,detailed adjustments are made,product structure and data changes are conducted intuitively,the design needs of users are met,the error rate of design and production are reduced,and unique styles are provided for domestic female’s road cycling clothes.Moreover,one particular cycling clothes is produced,its design evaluation and the feasibility analysis are also carried out through the user’s try-on experience,so as to achieve the exploration of the new situation and the new method.In this topic,the domestic female cyclists are taken as the research object,the dynamic characteristics and data research during the riding process are studied.The applicability and functionality of the cycling suits are improved through the optimized design,makes it fashionable and viable.On the other hand,the optimization of the design and the application of the software can provide a more convenient and intuitive method for the innovative design of the female cycling clothes in domestic,thus inspiring the designers to carry out overall design analysis from multiple fields,multiple angles and multiple spans. |
