A simple fermentation method for microecological agents in small-scale farms is helpful to reduce the cost of farming and improve animal production performance.Orthogonal test was used to screen the optimum content of corn flour and soybean meal instead of carbon source and nitrogen source in the culture medium of Bacillus NMXDYB021 and yeast NMXDYY003.The compound microbial preparation was prepared by shaking table fermentation and two stage fermentation.The piglets were fed with feed additives,and the effects of the complex microbial agents on the growth performance of pigs were observed.The application provides experimental basis.(1)Through orthogonal test,the optimum content of soybean meal and corn meal was determined for simple culture medium of Bacillus NMXDYB021 and yeast NMXDYY003.The results showed that the content of soybean flour was 1.2%for Bacillus sp.NMXDYB021 and 2.25%for Saccharomyces sp.NMXDYY003,and 1%and 1.2%for corn flour,respectively.(2)Simple fermentation experiments were carried out by shaking-bed fermentation and secondary fermentation with the selected simple medium.The results showed that the average bacterial counts of Bacillus NMXDYB021,Bacillus NMXDYB021,yeast NMXDYYY003,yeast NMXDYYY003 and lactobacbacillus NMXDYB022 were(3.80±0.40)×1012 cfu/mL,(6.63±0.31)×1010 cfu/mL,(8.93±0.25)×109 cfu/mL,Bacillus NMXDYBYBYB021,Bacillus second-fermentbacbacillus mL,(4.5310.25)x 1012 cfu/mL,(8.33±0.37)×1010 cfu/mL,(9.80±0.26)×109 cfu/mL.The fermentation time was 20 h,36 h and 28 h,respectively.(3)Compound microbial preparations were prepared in laboratory to determine the optimum adsorption ratio of soybean powder adsorbent and to detect the change of bacterial count after adsorption.The results showed that the optimum adsorption ratio of bacterial solution and soybean powder was 1:4 and the drying time was 2 days.Soybean flour was used as adsorbent for adsorption test.The average bacterial count of Bacillus NMXDYB021,yeast NMXDY003 and Lactobacillus NMXDYB022 were(1.29±0.05)×1011 cfu/mL,(3.90±0.20)×109 cfu/mL,(2.66±0.06)×108 cfu/mL,respectively.(4)Compound microorganism preparation was used as feed additive to feed piglets.The ratio of 2:3:5 was mixed evenly to observe the effect on growth performance of pigs.The results showed that there were significant differences in average daily gain,average daily feed intake and meat ratio between 1%,2%and 3%groups on the 30th day(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Bacillus NMXDYB02 1 and yeast NMXDYY003 simple medium contained 1.2%and 2.25%soybean flour,and 1%and 1.2%corn flour,respectively.(2)The number of bacteria in shaking-bed fermentation and secondary fermentation of simple medium was less than that in normal medium,and the optimum adsorption ratio was 1:4.(3)The growth performance of piglets was significantly improved by adding 2%compound microbial preparation.
