A lipid-degradation strain NJUSTOl was isolated from a soil sample. The strain was gram negative, ellipse cell, no spores and no flagellum. Morphological properties and 16S rDNA sequence analysis indicated that the strain was a species related to the genus Acinetobacter. Qualitative analysis was carried out to determine the composition of the metabolite from the strain NJUST01. A TLC analysis and comparison to standard chemicals concluded that the metabolite was a complex mixture of mono-, di- and trisubstituted glycerides. The single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment showed the optimal medium contained NaNO3 0.5%, soybean salad oil 10%, K2HPO4 0.3%, CaCl2 0.2%, MgSO40.1%, pH8.0, at 20℃, 200 rpm for 24h. Animal experiments demonstrate the glycerides metabolite by the NJUST01 was no toxicity and can lower the triglycerides levels in the serum. |
