Study On Risk Management Of HN Cover Excavation Reverse Construction Project

With the continuous advancement of urbanization and the rapid expansion of population,the space available for development and utilization gradually shrinks.Rational development and utilization of underground space is an effective way to meet people's increasing material and cultural needs and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the city.The reverse construction technology of cover and excavation is widely used in the underground engineering construction in the prosperous area of the city.Based on this,this paper,on the basis of domestic and foreign research on the construction technology and project risk management of reverse construction method of HN roof excavation,combined with the actual case of HN roof excavation reverse construction project,carries out the research on risk management of HN roof excavation reverse construction project.Firstly,according to the characteristics of HN top-down construction project,the possible risk factors of construction project are identified by flow chart method,and the risk list of HN top-down construction project is determined by brainstorming method.Secondly,using the survey scoring method to quantitatively analyze the identified risk list,determine the importance level and acceptability evaluation of the risk factors of HN construction project with cover-and-dig reverse construction method.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment of HN top-down construction project,different risk factors are formulated for different risk countermeasures.In this paper,in combination with the practical case of HN cover dig uni-axial project,using the method of flow chart,brainstorming,these two kinds of risk identification method to determine the project risk list,using the scoring system to differentiate the importance of project risk factors and acceptability evaluation grade,according to the result of the project risk assessment made the targeted risk coping strategies.It is hoped that the project risk management can be used for reference by construction units,construction units and other participating units.
