Study On The Application Of Group Purchasing Method In Coal Industry In China

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development can be said to be rapid progress,now China has become a world economic power,but economic development cannot be separated from the consumption of energy.In terms of energy consumption,China has the largest consumption of coal,mainly because of its abundant coal reserves and its wide use.However,in recent years,the import of coal in China is increasing,the most fundamental reason is that the price of coal in China is not dominant,and the main reason for the high price of coal in China is the high transportation cost.Although China has done a lot of regulation measures on the coal logistics,but at present,China's coal call cost is still very high.In view of this,this paper analyzes the current situation of China's coal industry in detail,especially the analysis of all the influencing factors in the process of China's coal circulation,put forward to apply the group procurement mode to China's coal industry,this paper from the following aspects of China's coal call was studied:(1)This paper makes a detailed analysis of China's coal industry from the aspects of coal production,coal consumption,coal import and export,and concludes that China has a large demand for coal,large transport volume,and increasingly large coal import.Due to the inconsistencies in the geographical location of coal resources producing area and selling land,a large number of coal calls are caused.Analysis data released by the national statistics department of liaoning province,Beijing,tianjin,shandong,henan,jiangsu,anhui,jiangsu,zhejiang,fujian and guangdong,coal consumption is mainly composed of production in shanxi coal to meet,and the main mode of transportation is railway transport is given priority to,water transportation is complementary.The paper also analyzes the transportation mode of coal in our country,and concludes that there are some problems in the transportation of coal in our country.(2)This paper makes a detailed analysis of various procurement methods,applies group procurement methods to China's coal industry,and makes a detailed analysis of the practicability and feasibility of group procurement in our coal industry.The following conclusions are drawn:first,if uncertainty is high,coal consumption companies will be more willing to use group procurement services.Then,if the transaction frequency is high,coal consumption compan are more willing to use group procurement.Second,if the transaction size is small,then users will use the group procurement service.Finally,group purchasing service can create more benefits for coal enterprises.(3)A mathematical model is established to minimize the total annual purchasing cost of all coal consuming enterprises participating in group purchasing in China's coal circulation under the mode of group purchasing,and the model is solved by using mixed algorithm.At last,the feasibility and practicability of the model are verified by an example.(4)Through concrete examples,the model and algorithm established in this paper are verified,and it is concluded that the group procurement mode is not only applicable to China's coal industry,but also can reduce the logistics cost of coal,make rational use of railway transport capacity,and increase the price advantage of China's coal.
