Iron and steel enterprises logistics system consists of many parts, and iron oretransportation system is one of the important and independent subsystems, as the keypart of iron and steel enterprises production of raw materials, the transportation ofiron ore to the enterprise production plays a very important guarantee for the smoothoperation of, this is mainly embodied in two aspects: on the one hand, the enterpriseproduction rhythm depends largely on the iron ore in the time needed for production,the quantity and quality; On the other hand, the economic benefits of iron and steelproduction enterprises and capital turnover to a certain extent, also by the need to takeup a lot of liquidity in the iron ore procurement activities. And iron ore transportationcost accounts for a higher percentage of total logistics cost of iron and steelenterprises. In operation time to iron ore transportation system, therefore, to studyhow to improve efficiency, reduce cost and to increase iron and steel enterpriselogistics management capability, and improve industry competitiveness, long-termcontinuous and efficient development has very important significance.Winter has come, in iron and steel industry losses for two consecutive years ofAnshan Iron and Steel Company put forward the slogan of authors efficiency,profitability, and the cause of this phenomenon is the strength of the imported iron oreprices, domestic steel enterprises excessive dependence on imported iron ore, lead toloss of negotiations. Ansteel as the highest domestic iron ore self-sufficiency iron andsteel enterprises are also not immune, so analysis and optimization of Ansteel iron oreprocurement logistics system, reduce the logistics cost, improve efficiency, is the keyto authors efficiency, profitability, forAnsteel in difficulty plays a vital role.Paper first for Ansteel iron ore port of import iron ore port transportationenvironment and the condition carries on the analysis comparison, understand theadvantages and disadvantages of each port, and expounds the general situation ofangang has its own iron ore industry and transportation conditions, to prepare for afterprediction research; Then, respectively from the Angle of quantitative and qualitativeanalysis two forecast demand of Ansteel iron ore purchase and self-sufficiency, heremore refer to the size of the Ansteel iron and steel production and steel layout, and the mode of transportation of iron ore were determined; Secondly by the port system, railtransport system and combine mine transport system (hereinafter referred to as port-iron-ore transportation system), the overall scheduling optimization research, theoptimization model is established, based on the system parameters, an applicationexample is calculated by using lingo software, according to the calculation results ofplanning the best route, in order to improve the transport efficiency, reduce logisticscosts; Finally summarize the main research content and outlook for the next step ofwork.
