Research On The Construction Of Low-carbon Tourism City In Guide County

“Low-carbon tourism city is a method and necessary means to solve a series of problems such as haze and heat island effect”[1],and it is also an effective way to protect the ecological balance of tourism resources in tourist cities.The urban development and economic development of tourist cities are based on the ecological balance of the whole city.Tourism,because of its own tourism resources,will bring a lot of people and traffic to the city’s ecological impact.The low-carbon development model based on the construction of tourist cities is of great significance to the protection of the ecological environment of the whole city.In addition,the construction of low-carbon tourist cities is one of the components of the construction of ecological civilization.It is also a component factor of the transformation of cities from industrialization to post-industrialization to solve urban ecological problems in the stage of urban development.Low-carbon tourism is different from the traditional tourism mode in the direction of development.On the premise of protecting the ecological environment,it combines sustainable development with the construction of ecological civilization through different technological means and protective measures.According to the differences of regional and ecological environment,it develops cities based on characteristics,Low-carbon tourism can better protect our life and living environment and improve the quality of living environment.As a tourism demonstration area in Qinghai Province,Guide County is also one of the national 4A scenic spots in the upper reaches of the Yellow River and one of the pilot counties of the national ecological civilization demonstration project.In recent years,its tourism development momentum is rapid.In order to improve the city’s tourism brand and develop its own tourism market,Guide County actively develops the construction of lowcarbon tourism city through its own efforts,vigorously develops the construction of lowcarbon tourism city,and strives to expand and strengthen the tourism brand,while Guide County is taking the concept of sustainable development as the guidance,realizing the effective protection of resources and the protection of the ecological environment.Based on the analysis and elaboration of the relevant research on low-carbon cities and tourist cities at home and abroad,this paper further explores and excavates the driving force and construction foundation of low-carbon tourist cities by using the theoretical research and technical means of the development of low-carbon cities and tourist cities,and demonstrates and analyses the methods and models of construction and development.This paper analyses the problems in the construction process of Guide low-carbon tourism city,and finds effective solutions through relevant research and analysis.In this process,using the relevant theoretical research and practical experience in the process of low-carbon tourism city construction at home and abroad,Combining with the actual situation of the development and construction of Guide County in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,this paper studies and demonstrates the development of low-carbon tourist cities in Guide County.It also puts forward the idea of building lowcarbon tourism city from the aspects of regional characteristics and tourism resources characteristics,and conducts research on the construction of low-carbon tourism city in Guide County by citing the construction methods and steps in the construction of low-carbon tourism city in China.The results of this study not only provide the relevant research on the construction of low-carbon tourism city in Guide County,but also find out the measures and safeguard measures suitable for the development of low-carbon tourism city in Guide County,and provide certain reference value and theoretical basis for the construction of low-carbon tourism city in the same kind of tourism city in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
