As a comprehensive transportation hub,high-speed railway station has a large number of crowds,it is a typical public place and a key area for public safety.With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China,the uimber of high-speed railway station is increasing,and the public safety of station becomes particularly important.Therefore,how to set up a set of reasonable and effective public safety evaluation system of high-speed railway station,combining with the actual situation of railway station to evaluate,put forward effective measures to prevent and control the possible public safety events in advance from the angle of strengthening public safety.It has become an important research topic.Based on the present situation of public safety evaluation of high-speed railway station in China and the relevant theory of safety evaluation,this paper preliminarily constructs the public safety evaluation index system of high-speed railway station,and AHP method,the weight correction based on entropy weight method and the evaluation model based on Vague set are used to evaluate the influencing factors.According to the evaluation results,we propose targeted measures to strengthen public safety management,which is of great significance for reducing the occurrence of public safety incidents at high-speed railway station.The main researches in this paper include the following four aspects:(1)Introduce the background and significance of research topics,combined domestic and international research status,conduct systematic research on the basic theories of public safety at high-speed railway station,including the contents of public safety at high-speed railway station,the public safety characteristics of high-speed railway station,and cases and reason analysis of publie safety incidents at high-speed railway station.(2)Combined with the meaning of safety evaluation,content,steps,and methods,from the four aspects,such as personnel,equipment,environment and management,a safety evaluation system is established,and specific factors are analyzed,which is a theoretical basis for public safety evaluation of high-speed railway station.(3)Aiming at the public safety evaluation system of high-speed railway station,the AHP method and entropy technique are combined effectively to get more accurate index weight value,and the evaluation model based on Vague set is built.The model is more comprehensive to express uncertain information,making the evaluation results more accurate.(4)Taking Lanzhou West Railway Station as an example,taking full account of the actual situation of the station,the weight of 25 indexes is obtained by AHP method,and the weight is modified by entropy technique,and then the public safety evaluation model of Lanzhou West Railway Station based on Vague set is established.Relevant experts are invited to give the evaluation value of Vague set to the degree of satisfaction of the index,and the evaluation result of the present situation of station public safety is "safe".About 52%of the experts support the comment,about 38%object and 10%abstain.Finally,effective suggestions are put forward from the point of view of improving public safety.
