Study On Safety Evaluation Of Urban Road Gas Station Considering Traffic Factors

In recent years,the number of gas stations has greatly increased.Meanwhile,the scale and safety management have been developed.Safety evaluation is one of the main means to achieve safety management of gas stations.The safety management system in gas stations consists of such safety factors as people,oil products,equipment,and traffic environment,which have a vital effect on the safety of gas stations.Among these factors,the traffic environment is increasingly important for the safety of gas stations.The main feature of gas stations is that they have special chemical properties.Traffic accidents easily occur,even causing secondary fire and explosion.In China,researches on safety assessment of gas stations based on traffic factors needs to explore more.Therefore,avoiding the dangers caused by traffic hazards is particularly important.Drawing on the current situation of researches on safety evaluation of gas stations at home and abroad,and combining with China’s national conditions,the thesis is intended to carry a research on the safety evaluation of gas stations considering traffic factors,and have a deep analysis from various aspects of traffic factors affecting the safety of gas stations.The traffic organization of gas stations has been studied from three aspects.They are the order on the spot,the layout and marking lines.Some aspects of traffic environment,which influences the safety management have been studied,such as entrances and exits,adjacent intersections,motor vehicles and motor vehicles outside the station.The traffic organization design of import and export,plane setting and traffic flow line have been proposed,and the identification and disposal of risk factors are analyzed from other perspectives.According to the basic theory of the analytic hierarchy process,the traffic safety evaluation indicators are calculated and analyzed,and the safety evaluation index system of the gas station considering traffic factors is established.The basic principle of fuzzy evaluation is used to construct the safety evaluation mathematical model.Finally,taking a road gas station in Yangquan City as an example,based on the above-mentioned traffic safety evaluation system,the analysis results of the thesis are obtained.According to the importance of the traffic factors affecting the safety of the gas station,the pertinence is different.It proposes improvement measures and suggestions from the aspects of organization management,transportation vehicles,transportation facilities and traffic environment,and provides reference for the supervision of relevant government departments and the safe operation of enterprises.
