Since the reform and opening-up,with the rapid development of China's economy,China has become an important part of the world economy.However,the increasing economy of China can not be separated from the great contribution of the various enterprises to the fiscal taxation.Enterprises have become an important support of China's national economy,so the development of enterprises has a crucial impact on the quality of China's economy.However,there are various risks in the development process of enterprises.In particular,the complexity of China's tax system and the rapid development of globalization make it possible for enterprises to face tax risks in the process of development and expansion.Especially,when enterprises reach a certain scale,the drawbacks of tax risks will gradually become prominent and become a stumbling block to further development of enterprises.In addition,the diversity of business scope and the constant change of scale are another difficult problem of tax risk management for enterprises.Therefore,the enterprise tax risk management has become an urgent problem.Taking Jiangxi A co.,ltd.as the research object,this paper expounds the necessity of tax risk management for enterprises and diagnoses the problems of tax risk management in the development process of A enterprise by introducing relevant researches on tax risk management of domestic and foreign enterprises as well as the changes of enterprise business environment.And it further analyzes the causes of its tax risk management problems,trying to solve the tax risk management problems of enterprise A from the aspects of information modernization,improving the management system,establishing risk awareness,building talent team and so on,so as to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.
