As a high-quality absorbent,peach shell has been widely used in smelting metals,low-carbon environmental protection and food processing industries.As a medicinal material,peach kernel has a wide range of applications in medicine.The separation of shell kernels from peach core is an important basic process for deep processing of peach core.The key to the sorting is the separation of shells and kernels with similar shape and size after pulverization.This part of the material accounts for about 60%.Therefore,the development of a set of peach kernel shell sorting equipment suitable for use in China can make workers get rid of the heavy work and harsh environment of manual sorting,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of actual sorting.The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the actual measurement of the peach core shell and the kernel,the corresponding physical parameters were obtained,and the physical size and mass distribution of the two were calculated,classified and sorted,and the difference in density and friction angle was found.In order to determine the relevant factors that can achieve the separation of the peach kernels.(2)Using the small difference of the physical parameters of the kernel and the shell,the sorting scheme of the drum type sieve sorting and the airflow type wind picking series is determined to solve the difference of about 60%of the shell material.(3)Design and process a series sorting test device.The test results are as follows:the shell content of the shell is 4.2%,the shell content of the kernel is 3.7%,and the high road rate is 98.9%,which fully meets the requirements of the nut shell sorting industry.The optimal sorting parameters are:drum screen drum angle of 45°,drum speed of 20 r/min;air flow wind selection of 4 grades,material into the screen angle of 45°,drop height of 400 mm.(4)According to the test results,a peach kernel shell sorting machine was designed.
