At present, the world communication business world through optical fiber transmission accounted for about 60%-80%, but from the overall level of the optical fiber communication, optical fiber communication,s great potential has not been fully exploited, the industry is still in a stage of rapid development, in the process of rapid development, popularization of the optical fiber communication network provides a broad development space for the application of electronic components. According to reports, the world communication market demand for ceramic ferrule monthly amount is 30 million, but the yield is only 20 million, the gap is about 30%. The world market,s huge demand for ceramic sleeve makes the development of ceramic sleeve is of very important significance. Research and development of ceramic sleeve is provided with independent property rights of success can make enormous economic benefits. The successful development of economic and applicable production equipment, testing equipment will make ceramic sleeve is successfully developed to provide a guarantee, and the ceramic sleeve new variety development cycle is greatly shortened. Study on the aperture measuring and sorting system ceramic sleeve has a very practical significance on the development of ceramic sleeve products.This paper mainly studies the aperture measuring and sorting system for the thin-wall ceramic element, according to the requirements of production process system, put forward to the industrial touch screen as Human Machine Interaction, taking Siemens S7-200 PLC core controller, through the PLC control stepper motor, drive precision linear module and ball screw, the realization scheme of the measurement and sorting ceramic sleeve. This paper firstly designs the overall structure of the ceramic sleeve measuring and sorting system, according to the specific requirements and the actual situation, the system is divided into the upper part, measuring part, separation part and the measurement control software, and introduce the principle and realization method of each part.
