In recent years,due to its fashionable appearance,low irritation and low tar content,the sales volume and product specification of fine cigarettes have shown explosive growth.In order to ensure the sorting efficiency of fine cigarettes at a high growth rate,the fine cigarette sorting mode gradually evolved from pure manual sorting or electronic label manual sorting to the fine cigarette and standard cigarette collinear sorting mode.The horizontal sorter,as a cigarette sorting equipment that can sort standard cigarettes and fine cigarettes at the same time,not only has the characteristics of large cigarette bin reserves and adjustable cigarette bin size,but also can realize full-automatic replenishment and sorting of cigarettes.Therefore,the horizontal sorter is widely used in the collinear sorting of fine cigarettes and standard cigarettes.In this thesis,the complex tobacco sorting system with multiple sub lines in a tobacco logistics distribution center is taken as the research object.The goal is to improve sorting efficiency.The mathematical model of the key links such as replenishment,sorting and transportation of the sorting system is established.Through the analysis of the weight of each influencing factor in the mathematical model,it is found that the main factors affecting the sorting efficiency of the system are the short time of full-automatic cigarette filling and full-automatic sorting.Also the stacking and packaging time is too long.As a result,the efficiency of the horizontal sorter in automatic sorting and automatic cigarette supplement cannot be fully brought into play,and the sorting efficiency is low.Based on the above problems,this thesis proposes two improvement schemes.Scheme 1: keep all parameters of the system unchanged and add a palletizing-packaging machine to improve the sorting efficiency;Scheme 2: optimize the structure of the horizontal sorter,improve the original single outlet to double outlet.A cigarette sorting and conveying line will be added correspondingly.In order to verify the feasibility of the two schemes,this thesis uses logistics simulation software to model and analyze the sorting system(before and after optimization).The analysis results show that the two improved schemes can improve the sorting efficiency of the system compared with the original scheme,but scheme 2 is better,and the sorting efficiency has been greatly improved.Therefore,this thesis selects scheme 2 as the optimized sorting system,designs the optimized sorting electronic control system,and analyzes the control procedures of key links.Finally,the optimized sorting system is applied to the actual site,which can meet the actual production needs,and verifies the feasibility and practicality of the scheme.
