Study On The Control Of Rocky Desertification In Karst Areas Of Yunnan Province From The Perspective Of Coordinated Control

The situation of rocky desertification in Yunnan province is serious.There are still about 3.2 million hectares of stony desertification land in Yunnan province,ranking second in China,and another 2 million hectares of potential stony desertification.The ecological environment is extremely frail in karst area,it is very urgent and necessary to continue to do well the stone desertification control work in Yunnan province.This paper takes the comprehensive control of rocky desertification in karst areas of Yunnan province as the main research object.Through the comparative analysis of rocky desertification control in 11 cities of our province.The author summarizes five kinds of rocky desertification governance mode of the representative in our province.They are model of government and social capital cooperation,the comprehensive ecological governance model of"six child registration”,the integration model of"ecology + industry”,the governance model of"ecology + poverty alleviation" and the comprehensive governance model.In order to achieve the maximum benefits of governance,based on the theory of collaborative governance,the author puts forward some suggestions.Firstly,Strengthen organizational leadership,implement responsibility of cooperative management department.Secondly,increase funding,improve relevant policies,and establish a long-term and stable financing mechanism in which the government leads the market and encourages the participation of the public in various forms of investment.Thirdly,Reasonable planning project to build a comprehensive desertification control system.The last,Improve external supervision and strengthen information exchange.
