M company’s production of optical films is a polymer material,which has broad application and development space in contemporary production and life.Most of the smartphones,LCD TVs,desktop computers,notebook computers,and tablets used in people’s lives are currently using LCD screens.The most important component of the backlight module of the liquid crystal screen is the optical film.In 2011,Japan M Group invested in a production plant for optical grade film in Suzhou,Jiangsu Province.It is intended to provide high quality optical grade films for Chinese manufacturers.However,the rapid development of the domestic optical film industry in recent years has intensified the fierce competition in the domestic optical film market.There are many ways for companies to reduce costs and increase their competitive advantage.One of them is the logistics management called “the third source of profit for the enterprise”.This paper takes M company’s logistics management as the research object.Under the guidance of logistics-related research and theory,it starts with the organization and operation of M company logistics,and manages the organizational structure,liaison system,packaging process,and packaging materials in the library.Several aspects have been analyzed on the current problems of M company logistics.These problems have been analyzed and improved using a management approach.The “5W1H” questioning method was used to improve the packaging process and improve packaging efficiency and quality.The ABC classification method was used to classify the core logistics paper tubes by ABC,to find the high-consumption,high-value paper tube size and to propose corresponding strategies to prevent M company from abnormal production and production stoppage.Finally,the implementation of logistics improvement is promoted by strengthening the basic management and strengthening logistics training.Because improvement is the need to find problems,analyze problems,and then propose solutions to solve problems.Therefore,through strengthening basic management and logistics training to improve the quality of employees,learn more scientific management methods to analyze problems and solve problems.
