After 38 years of water injection development,the foundation wells in the eastern block of XL District have entered the extremely high water cut stage.As of 2012,the average comprehensive water cut in the block is 92.39%,and the mining stage is in the extremely high water cut stage.The comprehensive water cut of the target layer of the main basic well pattern mining is as high as 93.79%.According to the statistical data of secondary infill adjustment wells put into operation in 1997,the effective thickness water flooded ratio of Pu I 1 ~ 3 oil layer has reached 94.0%,making it more and more difficult to continue water flooding.To sum up,it is not difficult to see that Daqing oilfield has entered the late stage of oilfield development,with declining output,low benefit and slow development cost.Besides,the impact of short development cycle and low cost of international oilfield on domestic petroleum industry is self-evident.Therefore,improving oilfield output,increasing benefit and reducing development cost are urgent technical problems that need to be solved urgently.Using ASP flooding oil recovery technology and analyzing the project from the perspective of enterprise management,optimizing ASP flooding block management method is the premise for ASP flooding technology to play its advantages,promoting the continuous improvement of enterprise cutting-edge technology and strengthening the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper discusses the application of organization chart to strengthen the coordination of organizations and increase communication channels.Based on the principle of specialized division of labor,special technical management should be added.Based on the 2.18 theory,refine the unit support system;Based on the principle of target incentive method,a dynamic assessment mechanism was established,which ultimately improved the management level of ASP flooding technology blocks.This paper consists of five chapters.Chapter 1 introduction.This chapter introduces the basic situation and background of the optimization project of ternary compound flooding in the production process,the research significance,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas and structure arrangement.Chapter 2 Summary of Refined Management Theory.The advantage of ternary compound flooding and the theory of continuous improvement of ternary compound flooding are analyzed by equilibrium analysis method.Using dynamic analysis method to study cost reduction and efficiency increase in oilfield development;The recoverable reserves of reservoir are analyzed by qualitative analysis.Chapter 3 assessment and Problems of ASP Flooding Technology Block Application Projects This chapter mainly summarizes the improvement and existing problems after the application of ternary compound flooding from the aspects of reservoir engineering evaluation,production engineering management evaluation and surface engineering program evaluation.Chapter 4 elaboration management scheme design of ternary compound drive technology block application project.This chapter mainly from the management of multi-channel system management,the management of special technology to improve the efficiency,two-way management mode,improve the level of management,the development of unit to ensure the implementation of management speed and establish a dynamic assessment mechanism to comprehensively improve the optimization of three-way compound drive in production management.At the same time,optimize the management method,mainly set up a multi-department coordination special management team to adapt to the management situation,optimize the technical management,optimize the security team management mode and professional team division of labor and other aspects of the optimization of management mode,according to the new development of the fine management system.The fifth chapter is the evaluation of the economic and social benefits of the ternary compound flooding block management.
