| As the scale of the city continues to expand,more and more people are pouring into the city,and the traffic flow in the city has increased significantly.With its many advantages such as large transportation volume,high speed,and low energy consumption,the subway plays a more important role in our lives.The increasingly important role has provided the general public with a safer,more comfortable and faster travel mode,which not only alleviates the traffic congestion in big cities,but also promotes the economic development of local cities to a certain extent.However,due to the strong closedness of the subway operating system,large passenger flow,high speed,and frequent start and stop characteristics,once an operating accident occurs,the consequences are more serious.Therefore,the safety of subway traffic operations has become the focus of people’s attention.People are the managers,managed persons,equipment operators,and environmental manufacturers in the safety management of subway traffic operations,and they play a key role in the safety of subway operations.Therefore,the research on human factors management of subway traffic operation safety has important guiding significance for reducing subway traffic operation accidents and controlling the unsafe behavior of subway operators.First,this article analyzes the current status of human factor management of subway traffic operators at home and abroad from the aspects of subway traffic operation safety,safety human factors,and safety evaluation methods.Secondly,it introduces the concept of safe human factors and the connotation of human factor accidents,Elaborated several theories of cause of accidents,and chose to carry out the research of this article based on the "4M" theory,and analyzed the principles of humancaused accidents of subway traffic operation safety.Thirdly,based on the statistical analysis of more than 300 subway operation accident cases at home and abroad,the analysis shows that human factors account for the largest proportion of subway operation accidents,and analyzes human factors from four aspects:human,equipment,environment,and management.Finally,construct the human factor evaluation index system for subway operation safety,then use the improved AHP-entropy weighting method to determine the index weight,and apply the variable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the subway traffic operation safety human factors evaluation model.Taking Qingdao Metro Line 3 as an example,a case verification was carried out,and it was concluded that the safety level of the subway operator of this line was at a good level,which was consistent with the actual situation.The feasibility and operability of the model are obtained,and control measures are proposed from the four aspects of "human-machine-environment-management".For the effective implementation of the measures,a human factor for subway traffic operation safety based on the "PDCA" theory is proposed.Management mode.This study has a certain reference significance for the safety management of my country’s subway traffic operation. |
