As an important industrial raw material,oil resources occupy an important strategic position in social productionS.However,the endowment of oil resources in China is insufficient and the degree of dependence on foreign countries is large;in the trend of economic globalization,the international energy situation and trade pattern are becoming more and more complex.Moreover,with the continuous development of economy and the expansion of energy demand in China,the Chinese present situation of oil resources in is facing severe challenges.Oil security is a very complex concept,and there are many factors that affect the security of oil resources.Because oil resources as a kind of non-renewable energy,according to the Sustainable development concept and DSR model,many influencing factors of oil security,such as resource reserves,economy,politics and military,are screened out,and a safety index system suitable for the present situation of oil resources in China is constructed.Referring to experts' opinions to determine the relative importance of the index,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of each index.And the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantitatively evaluate the safety of oil resources in China.The methods and models related to oil safety are studied,and the oil resources security analysis system is developed according to the advantages of GIS in spatial data management and analysis.The main research contents and achievements include:1.Establish the database of oil resources security index.According to the established oil safety index system,the spatial data and non-space related to the safety of oil resources in China are collected,sorted out and tested.Taking ArcGIS as spatial technical support and relying on Oracle database,this paper constructs a database related to spatial data and non-spatial data,stores and manages oil resources security data,and provides data support for oil resources security analysis system.2.An analysis model of oil resources safety guarantee in accordance with the concept of sustainable development is established.And the influencing factors of oil resources security in China are analyzed.Based on the DSR model,many factors are analyzed and screened,and the oil safety index system is established.Combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the analysis model is constructed,and the security situation of oil resources in China is analyzed and calculated.3.Design and implementation of oil resources security analysis system.Based on the established oil resources security analysis model and system database,the oil resources security analysis system is designed and developed under the framework of B / S and GIS.The system is used for the comprehensive management,statistics and analysis of oil safety data,and the visual display of oil safety data and related analysis results in the form of statistical charts and thematic maps.It provides support for the optimization decision of oil resources related departments in China.
