Study On The Reationship Between Corporate Environmental Responsibility Perception,Water Management And Firm Performance

In the process of urbanization and industrialization development,duing to the weak awareness of corporate environmental responsibility and excessive exploitation of water resources,water shortage,serious water pollution and destruction of water ecological environment have become important environmental issues that human facing.As the main consumers of resources,the corporate plays an important role in improving water using.Therefore,clarifying the relationship between corporate environmental responsibility perception,water management and firm performance has a positive effect on enhancing corporate environmental responsibility awareness and improving water using.Based on stakeholder theory,corporate environmental ethics theory and sustainable development theory,the paper analyzes the current situation of water resources management and industrial water resources utilization in Shandong Province.The relationship between perception,water management and corporate performance is proposed.Based on the hypothesis,the variable index relationship model is constructed.The variable indicator selection and regression analysis of corporate environmental responsibility perception,water management and enterprise performance are taken as the paper,research focus.Based on the dual constraints of water resources and environmental responsibility,this paper takes Shandong Province’s chemical industry,textile industry and other industrial enterprises as research objects,and uses SPSS and other related software to use the econometric analysis method to draw the following conclusions:(1)The per capita water resource in Shandong Province is lower than the national average.The proportion of industrial water consumption and water consumption has first declined and then increased.There is no absolute relationship between the increase of industrial production and water consumption.Shandong Province Industrial water efficiency is basically as high as DEA but the fluctuation range is irregular.Shandong Province Water The introduction of the resource management system forces enterprises to scientifically and efficiently use water resources and improve water conservation measures,not only to improve the technological innovation capability and economic benefits of enterprises,but also to improve the ecological resource environment;(2)Corporate environmental responsibility perception plays an important role in the business process.Most enterprises take the responsibility of corporate environmental responsibility from the perspective of water resources,put the relationship between corporate environmental responsibility and corporate finance first,and a few enterprises fulfill their environmental responsibilities from the perspective of resource conservation;in the process of promoting water resources protection,the water resources utilization of enterprises The technology is not yet mature,and the level of science and technology is the main obstacle to the adoption of water conservation by enterprises;(3)The perception of corporate environmental responsibility has a significant positive impact on water management behavior and corporate performance,and the perception of internal environmental responsibility of enterprises There is a significant positive impact,water management behavior has a significant impact on corporate environmental performance,and enterprise production and operation environment management and resource and environmental management have a significant impact.Finally,based on the conclusions reached,this paper proposes relevant suggestions to enhance the perception of corporate environmental responsibility and improve the status of water use.For example,to enhance corporate environmental responsibility awareness,undertake environmental responsibility obligations,improve the legal system of corporate environmental social responsibility,foster a good market competition order and improve water use efficiency.
