| With the proposal of the national dual carbon target,Chinese companies have made up the largest proportion of carbon emissions due to their large-scale production and living activities.While enjoying the wealth brought by the state and society,enterprises should shoulder the important task of carbon reduction,add carbon neutralization to their corporate environmental responsibility,and promote enterprises to achieve high-quality development.As an important participant in the practice of corporate environmental responsibility,performance of corporate environmental responsibility is closely related to employees’ green behavior.At present,the academic research on corporate environmental responsibility mainly focuses on the enterprise level,such as environmental performance,environmental regulation and green governance.There is still a lack of research on the mechanism between employees’ perceived corporate environmental responsibility and their green behavior.From the perspective of employees,this paper discusses the intermediary mechanism and regulation mechanism between perceived corporate environmental responsibility and employees’ green behavior,and makes an empirical test.Based on the relevant theories of corporate social responsibility,social exchange and attribution,using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,this paper takes how the perception of employees of resource-based enterprises on the company’s performance of environmental social responsibility affects their own green behavior as the research object,and reveals the mechanism of corporate social responsibility affecting employees’ individual micro behavior.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,content and innovation of this paper;The second chapter is the literature review,which combs and reviews the literature related to corporate environmental responsibility,corporate environmental responsibility attribution,employee green behavior and identity;The third chapter is the research hypothesis and puts forward the theoretical model;The fourth chapter is the pre investigation,which verifies the reliability and accuracy of the scale;The fifth chapter is data analysis to test the hypotheses proposed in this paper;The sixth chapter is research and discussion,and puts forward management suggestions,research deficiencies and prospects.This study found that the positive perception of corporate environmental responsibility helps to motivate employees to fulfill their green work tasks and actively implement green behavior.As an evaluation mechanism,corporate environmental responsibility attribution plays a conductive role in the relationship between corporate environmental responsibility perception and employees’ green behavior.Among them,altruistic attribution is driven by moral factors and affects employees’ green behavior,while self-interest attribution is driven by interest mechanism and affects employees’ behavior.Employee identity promotes employee recognition and supports the practice of corporate environmental responsibility,and recognizes that corporate environmental responsibility is a two-way and win-win choice,so as to show positive green behavior.The research of this paper enriches the empirical research results related to corporate social responsibility under the dual carbon background,reveals the internal mechanism of the impact of corporate environmental responsibility on employees’ green behavior,and provides a reference for enterprises to take targeted measures and better formulate action strategies and implementation plans under the dual carbon background,It can also provide a reference for exploring the correlation mechanism between the macro level double carbon background and the micro level enterprise and employee action strategies. |
