Research On The Balanced Development Of Environmental Responsibility And Financial Performance

Ecological issues are the focus of China’s current construction,including the two aspects of ecological environment protection and ecological civilization construction.In the process of solving related problems,many difficulties are faced.It is urgent for enterprises to actively assume environmental responsibilities and ensure sustainable development of the country.However,the thinking consciousness of some enterprises is still limited to the cost input of environmental responsibility,and one-sidedly believes that a larger investment of responsibility will reduce the revenue of the enterprise,and then lower the financial performance of the enterprise.Therefore,how to enable enterprises to have good financial performance while achieving environmental responsibility has become an urgent issue.This article uses a combination of theory and practice to analyze the internal and external contradictions that Anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.faces in the process of taking environmental responsibility by means of a contradiction management model.Through the selection and analysis of environmental responsibility indicators,Ansteel’s environmental responsibility index is determined,and then environmental performance The index evaluates Ansteel’s environmental responsibility capabilities,and concludes that Ansteel’s commitment to environmental responsibility requires three major issues:the cost of environmental responsibility;the effectiveness of resource use;and whether it has environmental governance and the establishment and promotion of environmental policies.Aiming at the contradictions and conflicts between Ansteel’s responsibility and financial performance,explore and study the joint coordination mechanism to conduct an in-depth analysis of how to achieve a win-win situation for the two.The analysis results show that the resolution of conflicts between the company and the interests can be achieved through the implementation environment Effective solution,and this method is the key means to resolve the contradictions between the two parties.At the same time,this paper also researches whether the implementation of the joint coordination mechanism of Ansteel can achieve the balance between environmental responsibility and financial performance,which provides practical management guidance for similar resource-based enterprises.In addition,the linkagecoordination mechanism has a wide range of theoretical features,combined with advanced scientific research methods,and provides scientific guidance and basis for the establishment and improvement of linkage capability measurement models,in this way,we can better carry out in-depth thinking and research on how to achieve a balanced development of environmental responsibility and financial performance.
