| The full hydraulic drilling rig is driven by hydraulic pressure.It realizes the stepless variable speed by the variable pump and the variable motor,and the related performance by controlling the hydraulic components.The drilling rig has some characteristics,such as high rotational speed,stable operation and convenient operation.The hydraulic drilling rig is often applied to work below grade.The drilling holes are mostly horizontal holes and inclined holes.It is easy to cause coal seam collapse due to excessive pressure during drilling,especially for drilling machines with poor stability and accuracy.The directional property of the hydraulic drilling rig is bad,so it is easy to cause the problem of partial hole or hole forming position imprecise.The stability of the split drill is good,but after the rig is installed,the position is difficult to change.The flexibility of the crawler drill is very good,can adjust the position according to the need,but the stability is bad.In this paper,aiming at the problem of bad directional property of the drilling rig,a position adjusting rotary device is designed on the basis of the structure of the split drill.It not only retains the characteristics of good stability of the original drilling rig,but also solves the problem that the bad directional property of drilling rig can not adjust the position.It improves the flexibility and the precision of the drilling rig,increases the directional property of drilling rig and the fault-tolerant rate of the position of placing the drilling rig,and reduces the working intensity,improves the efficiency.It has a certain economic benefit and application prospect.In this paper,aiming at the problems of bad directional property,stability and flexibility of the hydraulic drilling rig at the same time,a new structure and hydraulic system of the drilling rig is proposed to improve the performance of the hydraulic drilling rig.By consulting relevant data,the basic performance parameters of the designed rig are first determined,the structure of the split drill is improved,the whole structure of the rig is determined,and its working principle is introduced in detail.The integral structure diagram of the drilling rig is constructed by using 3D software,and the stress analysis of the supporting column and transmission gear of the key device is carried out through Simulation.Considering the strong vibration in the actual work of the drill rig,the modal analysis of the position adjusting and rotating device is also carried out.Then,on the basis of the structure of drilling rig,according to the actual performance of the drilling rig,the hydraulic system loop is designed,and then the system is simulated and analyzed by using AMEsim software,and the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system are studied to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the designed hydraulic system.Figure[4 7]Table[22]Reference[63]... |
