Drilling system is the main component of the cone drilling rig,rig performance depends largely on the performance of the drilling system,the drilling system to complete the two main actions: drill pipe into the lifting action and drill pipe The two actions correspond to the two hydraulic control loops of the drilling system,namely the feed-and-lift circuit and the rotary circuit.The control of the drilling of the cone drilling machine is the control of the two hydraulic circuits.In this paper,the main hydraulic circuit of the drilling system of the cone drilling machine is calculated and analyzed,and the speed control mode of the hydraulic circuit is compared and analyzed.The form of the volume speed regulation is taken as the speed regulation mode of the hydraulic circuit of the drilling system.Drilling rig control system is the main control object is the hydraulic system into the system,through the hydraulic circuit control drill pipe movement to achieve drilling,in order to control the hydraulic circuit,the principle and interaction of the hydraulic components of the hydraulic circuit are analyzed,and the simplified mathematical model is established.Simulink is used to establish the overall mathematical model of the loop.The physical simulation model of pressure circuit and rotary circuit was established by AMESim hydraulic simulation software,the simulation results of the two models are compared with the two models to verify the correctness of the model.When the hydraulic circuit of the drilling system is open-loop,the overshoot and the shock are obvious.The control algorithm needs to be introduced for closed-loop control.This paper chooses the neural network PID control algorithm,compared with the traditional PID controller,the neural network PID controller not only inherits the advantages of its simple structure,but also can achieve the parameters of self-tuning,and has a strong learning ability,can work side according to the sensor feedback of the stratigraphic data to learn,so that drilling control better adapt to the formation changes.The model of PID controller and neural network PID controller is built by Simulink control simulation software,and the model of the two controllers is combined with the hydraulic circuit model built by AMESim.The simulation results show that the neural network PID control Under the drilling system performance better.
