Research On Key Influencing Factors Of Medical Engineering Design Progress

The design phase is located in the initial phase of the project and is critical to the overall project schedule and resource optimization configuration.The design progress of medical engineering is directly related to the time when medical technology is available.The development of progress management of engineering projects in China is relatively late.The management of medical engineering projects is more inclined to quality management and cost management,and the emphasis on the progress management of medical projects is not enough.From the perspective of medical design units,this paper takes the key influencing factors of medical engineering design progress as the main research object,and analyzes the influence degree of each influencing factor on the design progress.The article uses literature analysis,case study,questionnaire survey,and empirical research.A review of a large number of relevant domestic and foreign research literature,research and analysis of the factors affecting the progress of medical engineering design in the literature in the past years,and case analysis of the design progress management process of the LR pharmaceutical design project of HNPDI Design Institute,through targeted The medical engineering design staff,management personnel,project managers and other professionals will conduct questionnaires on the factors affecting the progress of medical engineering design,and use SPSS25.0 to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity test,factor analysis,and Regression analysis,studied the following contents: the theory of medical engineering progress management,the characteristics of medical engineering,and the analysis of key influencing factors of medical engineering progress.Through the above basic research such as literature analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper is based on the general project schedule management,combined with the characteristics of medical engineering projects,based on improving the progress of medical engineering design progress management,solving the current medical design stage progress management limit,for the analysis The key influencing factors of medical engineering design progress were analyzed,and the medical engineering design progress management suggestions were put forward,which provided reference and guidance for the future progress management of medical engineering design stage.In this paper,the guiding suggestions for progress management are proposed for the key influencing factors of medical engineering design.Therefore,research is of great significance to medical design units in both theory and practical application.
