Study On Social Responsibility Of Mongolian Mining Enterprises

With the rapid development of social economy,the expansion of capital and the emergence of large transnational corporations,corporate social responsibility,including human rights,environmental problems,labor problems and many other social issues,has become the focus of global attention.Enterprises should not only achieve economic goals,but also undertake corresponding social responsibilities.Mongolia is rich in mineral resources,which has cultivated many mining enterprises and provided a lot of resources for the country.Mining enterprises have greatly promoted Mongolia’s rapid economic development.The main production mode of mining enterprises is mining mineral resources and primary processing.Therefore,enterprises have the responsibility to repair and protect the environment.At the same time,front-line employees are in a high-risk work environment,and the company should be responsible for the health and safety of employees.However,the lack of social responsibility of mining enterprises in Mongolia leads to serious environmental pollution.These problems have caused serious social impact and are not conducive to the development of Mongolian mining enterprises.This paper expounds the main content,theoretical basis,international CSR experience and CSR evaluation method of corporate social responsibility.Analysis of Mongolia mining development status and trends;This paper further studies the status quo of mining social responsibility and discusses the impact of social responsibility on mining companies.In addition,this paper also explores the influencing factors of Mongolia’s mining industry,including Mongolia’s mining policy,Mongolia’s macro environment,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats and mining competitiveness.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the social responsibility of Mongolian multinational mining companies.At the government level,we should gradually encourage foreign mining enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities and play a role in foreign mining investment industry associations.To strengthen cooperation with relevant international organizations and improve laws and regulations;At the enterprise level,it is necessary to improve the performance of the mining industry.The internal mechanism of corporate social responsibility should meet the needs of the social responsibility of the Mongolian mining industry and be completed by its stakeholders,so that the enterprise can fulfill certain social responsibility.
