Fuyao group was founded in 1987.After more than 30 years of development,it has developed from a small private enterprise into the absolute leader of China's first and the world's second automobile glass industry,which is an important reference for other private enterprises.So,in the numerous strategic decisions of enterprises,what factors drive its rapid development and realize enterprise value increment? And can its rapid appreciation achieve sustainable growth? Based on the strategic map as value analysis of fuyao group management tool,through the review of fuyao group and contrast enterprise value nearly five years of history,from the four aspects of strategy map in detail(i.e.,financial level,internal process level,customer level and learning level)to conduct autopsy on the company's strategy,and to explore the internal relation between four levels,finally identify the four levels of value growth of the key factors driving fuyao group and management defects of fuyao group,to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,optimization of the strategic management of fuyao group.Through reviewing domestic and foreign literatures,it is found that most of the strategic studies on fuyao group at the present stage are isolated.They respectively study fuyao group from the aspects of sustainable growth capacity,ownership structure and marketing channels,but rarely analyze fuyao group from multiple perspectives completely.The difference between this research idea and other researches lies in the application of strategic map thinking and the combination of the two theories of value management and strategic map,so as to fully demonstrate the multi-level value drivers and decision-making of fuyao group.Study found,fuyao group value management advantages specific displays in: maintain partnership with suppliers and independent research and development to reduce operating costs,improve fixed asset turnover by lean operation,develop foreign markets to reduce customer maintenance cost,talents cultivation measures to provide talent guarantee for enterprise transformation and upgrading,promote vertical integration,etc.However,the management of fuyao group still has many defects: the lack of sales channels but the high cost of sales,the failure to avoid the shortcomings of corporate governance of family-owned enterprises,and the difficulties in power transfer.Through the analysis of the value management process of fuyao group,the enlightenment of this paper includes: in the value management,we should not only give consideration to the long-term and short-term strategies to achieve the balance of the long-term and short-term strategic goals of the enterprise,but also give consideration to the importance of the internal process of the enterprise entity and the dimension of learning and growth.From the internal process to find the focus on r & d,production,service and other key direct drivers,from the learning and growth level to find human capital,information capital and organizational capital indirect drivers.In view of value management advantages,continue to strengthen,continue to expand the advantages;In view of the short board of management,find solutions to optimize enterprise management.
