The rapid development of the information age provides a new opportunity for the development of environmental protection industry,but also adds to the market competition pressure for the development of the industry.At present,competition in China’s environmental protection industry is becoming more and more intense.With the improvement of China’s national economy and the improvement of environmental protection industry and services,environmental protection issues have gradually attracted people’s attention,and innovative marketing methods will increasingly highlight their value.In this case,simply reducing the production cost of enterprises has been unable to meet the needs of the current development of enterprises.Small and medium-sized enterprises in the current strong competitive survival environment to survive and achieve long-term development,it is necessary to improve the status of strategic cost management in cost management,need a set of more scientific cost management of small and medium-sized enterprises,the strategic management ideas into the cost management mode of the whole company.Thesis mainly USES the methods of literature analysis,case study method,based on the strategic cost management theory,combining the HYT environmental protection of the company’s basic situation,studies the strategic cost management present situation,to find a solution to the current enterprise in the process of strategic cost management work is facing the problems,and then use cinque mode of three main analytical tools,Strategic cost management analysis for HYT Environmental Protection Company.Finally put forward improvement suggestions for HYT environmental protection company’s cost management.The research consists of six parts: The first part is the introduction,which expounds the research background,research significance,research content,research methods and research path of the paper.The second part mainly introduces the relevant theoretical content of enterprise strategic cost management,which involves the basic meaning of enterprise strategic cost management,the characteristics of enterprise strategic cost management mode,and the literature review of enterprise strategic cost management at home and abroad.The third part focuses on the systematic analysis of the management status of HYT environmental Protection Company,using three tools of Strategic positioning analysis,value chain analysis and cost driver analysis under The Sanke model,to find the problems in the strategic cost management of enterprises.The fourth part is mainly aimed at HYT environmental protection company strategic cost management optimization suggestions,including strengthening the company’s strategic positioning,optimizing the company’s value chain,control and adjustment of cost drivers,from multi-level,multi-angle to improve the company’s strategic cost management efficiency,enhance the company’s comprehensive competitive strength.The fifth part is the guarantee measures for HYT environmental protection company to implement strategic cost management,from the guarantee of organizational structure,corporate culture and information technology to ensure the implementation of strategic cost.The last part is the conclusion and prospect,which explains the research results and shortcomings in the process of writing the article.This paper uses the theory of strategic cost management to find out the main problems and causes in the strategic cost management for HYT environmental protection company,and gives the solutions and safeguard measures according to the problems found.Through the above analysis and research,it not only found solutions to the existing problems for the company,but also provided a reference for other similar enterprises in the same industry.
