As a kind of widely used rotating mechanical part,tiny impeller plays an irreplaceable role in aerospace and chemical industries.Machining errors,uneven materials and other factors can cause the dynamic imbalance of tiny impeller,which directly cause the wear of the mechanical device,the increase of working noise and bring great security risks to the operators.To solve this problem,this paper focuses on the dynamic balance detection of tiny impeller.This project is based on the study of impeller dynamic balance testing technology at domestic and abroad,combining the theory of dynamic balancing and the related principle of the dynamic balancing machine.A research scheme dedicated to the dynamic balance detection of tiny impeller is proposed and a small hard horizontal support dynamic balance testing device of prototyping is built.The design of measurement and control module and the processing of vibration detection data are solved.Firstly,in the design of the special dynamic balance testing platform,the resonance frequency of the tiny impeller and the testing mechanism is the key issue.In ANSYS,the modal analysis of the impeller and the supporting mechanism is carried out,and the selection of related parts is adjusted.The device model is simplified as rotor-support structure,and the dynamic analysis is carried out in Adams to fully consider the influence of high speed on the reliability of the structure.Aiming at the modal analysis and dynamic analysis of the special dynamic balance detection machine for tiny impeller,the rationality of the structure design is guaranteed and the guidance for the optimization and precision improvement of the mechanism is provided.Secondly,Programmable Logic Controller control theory and the sensor detection technology were applied in the measurement and control module,to realize the acquisition and transmission of vibration data under stable control state.In the MATLAB platform for feature signal separation and extraction,using correlation filtering technology and Fourier algorithm to extract the amplitude and phase of vibration.In order to test the rationality of the research scheme,the experiment was carried out in the modular integrated special dynamic balance detection system for tiny impeller and the conclusion was drawn,which verified the feasibility and accuracy of the research scheme.Finally,this paper proposes a new idea for the equipment development and dynamic balance detection method of special dynamic balance machine for tiny impeller dynamic balance detection,and lays a foundation for the dynamic balance correction of tiny impeller,which is conducive to the improvement of the dynamic balance accuracy of rotating machinery,and provides a certain reference for engineering detection.
