| In the modern grinding process, grinding wheel unbalance vibration is affected the acc uracy of grinding machine for grinding a very important factor, in order to improve the grin ding accuracy of grinding machine, will strive to solve the problem of grinding wheel unba lance vibration. Based on grinding wheel as the research object, this paper aimed at the res earches on the unbalanced vibration grinding process, on the analysis of the grinding wheel unbalance vibration causes, on the basis of the unbalanced vibration signal characteristic a nalysis, the unbalanced vibration signal extraction method, determine the grinding wheel d ynamic balance control method, and research and development of on-line dynamic balanci ng device of grinding wheel. System USES AT89C51 single chip microcomputer as control core, through testing the vibration signals of the grinding wheel unbalance caused when th e rotating and data processing, in order to determine the size of the unbalance, and then con trol with high speed rotation wheel balance within the first pair of permanent magnet dc m otor to compensate unbalance.Vibration signals generated by grinding wheel unbalance is frequency of periodic sign al with grinding wheel speed, precision and speed with frequency signal for value is the pre mise of dynamic balancing of grinding wheel. This paper USES the combined hardware ba ndpass filter and software filter method to realize precise grinding wheel vibration signal e xtraction, experiments show that this method can be extracted from the complex noise onli ne grinding wheel unbalance signal. In terms of control, the PID control algorithm is propo sed in this paper to improve the speed of dc motor control, the control method is simple, sh ort setting time, and don’t increase the maximum overshoot system.Through the study of this article, the structure of the grinding wheel dynamic balance online system framework, it has a simple hardware circuit, sampling frequency doubling of high precision and fast tracking speed, etc, caused by vibration, can significantly reduce th e unbalance of grinding wheel for grinding wheel dynamic balance technology to provide t he reference information for further research. |
