The waste incineration power generation industry is an emerging industry that rationalizes the utilization of waste,reduces the volume,reduces it,and makes it harmless.The use of advanced control systems and control strategies to design an incinerator combustion control system can better achieve the development of waste incineration optimization technology.Therefore,the subject of the waste incinerator control system is of great significance.In the waste incineration power generation project,the combustion control system can directly affect the operational stability of the incinerator and the economical efficiency of the power plant.Through the control of the waste incinerator,the waste can be stably burned,which is the best purpose of the waste treatment effect,thereby achieving garbage dealing with sustainable development.This paper describes the process flow of the Seghers grate furnace,the basic principles of the incineration process,and the main factors affecting the incineration effect.Based on the analysis of the control requirements of the incinerator,the composition and combustion control strategy of the incinerator control system are proposed.Taking the new domestic waste power generation project as an example located in Shandong Shan County,the design of a waste incinerator control system using the Symphony plus system.First,according to the scale of the incinerator control system,the hardware of the system was designed.Second,according to the control requirements and the characteristics of the DCS system,the field controller application software and the man-machine interface software of the operator station were configured for the incinerator control system.Finally,on-site debugging of hardware and system functions.At present,the project has been put into production operation,all indicators have reached the control requirements,the system is safe and reliable,and the level of automation and information has been greatly improved.In order to solve the problems existing in the garbage disposal process more effectively,a fuzzy neural network control method based on Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)model was proposed.The comparative simulation was conducted through experiments.The results show that the fuzzy BP neural network has good control effect and strong antiinterference ability and is worthy of in-depth study.
