With the proposal of the strategic concept of "Marine Silk Road in the 21 st Century",China has more and more frequent contacts with other maritime countries,especially with the vigorous development of marine tourism.In recent years,more and more passengers are traveling by cruise ship,which brings great challenges to the marine transport industry.In order to alleviate this pressure,the number of large vessels is increasing,and public safety issues are becoming increasingly prominent.Large passenger ships are different from land buildings.The internal structure of passenger ships is complex,and the passages are closed and narrow.When people need to evacuate in emergency situations,congestion often occurs,even trampling accidents occur due to panic of personnel,which seriously threatens the safety of people’s lives and property.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the evacuation of passenger ship personnel.Personnel evacuation research involves a wide range of research,not only to study the evolution of disasters,but also to study emergency management methods.Personnel evacuation is affected by external physical effects,but also by the internal psychological quality of personnel.Traditional methods generally use observation and evacuation exercises to obtain the corresponding data,and the results and the application scope of the data have great limitations.In modern times,with the development of science and technology,especially the application of computer technology in the field of evacuation,people have more knowledge of evacuation,but they seldom consider people’s social behavior in simulation,which lacks rationality.Only by building a reasonable evacuation model can we accurately simulate the behavior characteristics of passenger ship evacuation,and provide reasonable suggestions for passenger ship design and management.Based on this,this paper first analyses the partition and layout characteristics of passenger ship cabins,and determines the number,scale and function of various functional cabins inside the passenger ship.The causes and characteristics of ship fire are analyzed,and the impact of fire on evacuation is quantitatively described,and the conditions for safe evacuation are defined.Secondly,the macro,meso and micro simulation models of pedestrian flow are analyzed,and the idea of simulation research on pedestrian flow from the micro level is put forward.The social force model is used to quantify the psychological characteristics and social behavior of personnel,and the decision-making mechanism of intelligent agent model is used as the framework of evacuation model to construct the evacuation model.Thirdly,particle swarm optimization(PSO)is improved by introducing genetic operators and nonlinear inertia weights.The improved optimization algorithm(GASPO)and standard particle swarm optimization(SPO)are tested by test function,and the results are analyzed.The improved intelligent algorithm is applied to evacuate,and an instruction-based evacuation model is established.Finally,the program is compiled by using MATLAB software to simulate the multifunction hall environment of passenger ships,and the factors affecting personnel are simulated separately.The human evacuation interaction interface is developed.The overall layout of passenger ships is evaluated by using the existing human mobility simulation software,and reasonable suggestions for the safety management of passenger ships are put forward according to the simulation results.
