Study On Environmental Pollution Control Of Changmingshui Village In Wuguishan District Of Zhongshan City

In the rapid development of China’s economy,industrial development has played a very important role in promoting China’s economic growth.At present,China has become the world’s largest industrial manufacturer.Industrial development is an important basis for achieving rapid economic development and scientific and technological progress since China’s economic reform and opening up.But it should also be noted that there has been a problem of extensive development in China’s industrial development for a long time.Many enterprises do not attach importance to taking effective environmental protection measures.The problem of non-compliance of industrial three wastes is widespread,which has caused huge environmental pollution and greatly threatened our living environment.Especially in rural areas,many small and medium-sized enterprises in disorder and disorder are very serious,lack of good governance,seriously damaged the rural ecological environment.Some of our country’s early industrial development and formed a certain scale of rural areas are generally facing the problem of ecological environment damage,which is also very unfavorable for the sustainable development of rural areas.The full text is divided into seven parts: the first part,introduction,elaborated the research background,purpose and significance,combed the relevant literature,introduced the research methods and possible innovations;the second part,related concepts and theories,introduced the concept of environmental pollution and environmental pollution control,as well as the new public management theory,cooperative governance theory;the third part,Zhongshan City Five The present situation of environmental pollution control in Changmingshui Village of Guishan District is analyzed,and the outstanding problems in environmental pollution control in Changmingshui Village of Wuguishan District of Zhongshan City are analyzed emphatically,which are the inadequate intensity of environmental pollution control,unreasonable ways of environmental pollution control,single and backward means of environmental pollution control,and poor effect of environmental pollution control.The fourth part is Changmingshui Village of Wuguishan District of Zhongshan City.The problems and causes of environmental pollution control are analyzed,and the main reasons for these problems are pointed out,respectively,the lack of scientific awareness of environmental pollution control,the lack of comprehensive and in-depth investigation and evaluation of environmental pollution control,and the lack of a sound multi-party cooperative governance mechanism.The fifth part is the treatment of environmental pollution in other rural areas.This paper introduces the main methods of pollution control in rural areas of Tianjin,Zhejiang and Guangdong,and extracts the Enlightenment of Changmingshui Village in Wuguishan District of Zhongshan City.The sixth part is about the Countermeasures of environmental pollution control in Changmingshui Village.In view of the problems and reasons existing in environmental pollution control in Changmingshui Village,based on the experience of pollution control in relevant villages of Tianjin and Zhejiang.This paper puts forward a four-party cooperative governance model of government,enterprises,people and social organizations,that is,to clarify the government’s supervision and legislative responsibility,to enhance the awareness of environmental protection,to promote public participation,and to give full play to the relevant role of social organizations;the seventh part,conclusions,summarizes the results of the study.The innovation of this paper lies in the application of the four-party cooperative joint governance model to solve the environmental pollution control problem of Changmingshui Village in Wuguishan District of Zhongshan City.
