Research On Performance Evaluation Of Z Petroleum Enterprises Under The Green Development

The report of the 19 th Congress clearly puts forward that it is necessary to strengthen environmental governance,speed up the construction of a long-term mechanism of environmental control,and deepen the green development in the comprehensive way.As the main energy source of life,the application of petroleum is expanding and the demand is increasing,which plays an essential role in economic development and the needs of people's livelihood in our country.However,to exploit,process and transport will produce a large number of waste gas,wastewater and solid waste,which have a serious impact on the environment.Therefore,petroleum enterprises plays an important role in social economic activities,green development should be introduced into enterprise management,pay attention to the performance evaluation of petroleum enterprises under the green development,and try best to maximize profits so that it contributes to the construction of an environment-friendly society.This paper sorts through the related concepts and theories of green development and enterprise performance evaluation,compares the common methods used in enterprise performance evaluation and evaluate the performance of Z petroleum enterprises with principal component analysis.First of all,this paper analyzes the financial,social and green development situation of Z petroleum enterprises under the green development.Secondly,based on the present situation,the performance evaluation index system of Z petroleum enterprises under the green development is constructed.What's more,combined with principal component analysis(PCA),the paper evaluates the performance of Z petroleum enterprises,and figures out the score and ranking of principal component factors.According to the results of performance evaluation,the paper shows the changing trends that are influenced by the principal component factors,and analyze the influence of non-financial performance on financial performance.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the performance of Z petroleum enterprises,which can provide reference for the other petroleum enterprises about green development in China.
