| In this paper,the study on the influence of mine pressure and air volume on the gas emission in the 81307 fully mechanized caving face in Baode Coal Mine is discussed in detail.Through the combination of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and on-site measurement,the impact on Baode Coal Mine 81307 The relationship between mine pressure,air volume and gas emission is studied in many factors of gas emission from goaf in fully mechanized caving face.Aiming at the basic geological conditions of the coal seam in the 81307 fully mechanized caving face,a basic three-dimensional model was created.The FLAC3 D was used to simulate the stress and displacement of the surrounding rock during the coal seam mining process.Combined with the actual measured data of the 81307 working face,the results showed that: 81307 fully mechanized caving The initial pressure of the surface is 60 m,and the pressure is 20 m.When the working surface continues to be mined,the stress of the 20 m key layer above the working surface begins to gradually increase,and when the stress reaches the limit,the direct top rock of the fully mechanized mining face begins to fall first.The collapse and the same affected rock formation are also expanding.When the fully mechanized mining face is excavated 50m-200 m,the stress variation of the key rock formation is expanded by 5 times,the maximum stress value in the front is expanded by nearly 3 times,and the maximum value of the rear is enlarged.About 2 times,the deformation amount is first and then small,and the rock formation in the area in front of the cut-eye and the area where the working surface has not been mined also has large deformation,and its expansion has changed nearly 8 times,and the mining distance has further increased.The expansion and deformation rate of coal began to decrease.Before the pressure of 81307 working face,the amount of gas emission increased slowly first.When it came to pressure,it suddenly reached the maximum value.The degree is gradually reduced.When the 81307 working face is first pressed(60m position),the gas emission amount reaches a maximum value of 13.8m3/min;when the cycle is pressed(20m position),the gas emission amount increases by about 2m3/min,according to The amount of gas emission is estimated in advance and the actual theoretical guidance is provided for the 81307 fully mechanized caving face.The FLUENT simulation software is used to analyze the influence of the upstream and downstream ventilation methods on the amount of gas emission,and the most suitable air volume flowing through the working face under appropriate ventilation mode,so as to meticulously deepen the gas emission law in the goaf under the roof.Analytical research,and based on the field test and simulation results combined analysis.Through the actual tracking and inspection on the spot,the effect test was carried out,which has a scientific and effective reference for the collection of raw coal in the underground.It prevents the employees of the enterprise from carrying out excavation tasks in the stope,and the methane concentration exceeding the upper corner,the rock collapses and the lower Disasters caused by sinking and other causes increase the efficiency of coal production in mine fields.Figure [45] table [21] reference [66]... |
