Nanshan Coal Mine entered the period of shut in,the recoverable resources have been basically exhausted,there are more goafs.The ventilation mode of the mine is extraction type,and there are local mines with forced ventilation around,and some goafs are common goafs.There are many air leakage channels and serious air leakage,which threatens the safety of mining face and is difficult to control.In order to fully understand the problems existing in the ventilation system of Nanshan coal mine,the ventilation system of Nanshan coal mine was modeled by using Ventsim 3D ventilation simulation software,and the measured ventilation data were input into the ventilation model for adjustment and optimization,so that the ventilation model was basically consistent with the ventilation system of Nanshan coal mine,and the ventilation system simulation model of Nanshan coal mine was established.In order to reduce the risk level of rock burst,the chute,return air duct and cut hole are arranged in the original goaf during the excavation and transportation of 32181 isolated island working face on the 18th floor in the south wing of the basin bottom area.In order to reduce the impact of the external gas supply of the goaf on the gas control of the working face,first of all,the local ventilator and pressure equalizing in the working face are adopted Secondly,according to the experimental analysis results and the historical ventilation data of the working face,six kinds of pressure equalizing ventilation schemes are designed.Based on the three-dimensional ventilation model of the whole mine,the ventilation system and air pressure distribution of the six ventilation schemes are simulated based on the three-dimensional ventilation model of the whole mine Through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results,it is determined that scheme 3 is the optimal pressure equalizing ventilation design scheme,and the pressure equalizing ventilation is implemented for the isolated working face according to the scheme 3.Finally,after the implementation of the pressure equalizing ventilation,the ventilation data of the working face are measured,which verifies the effectiveness and reliability of the optimal pressure equalizing ventilation design scheme,and the stable pressure equalizing ventilation system ensures the normal working face This paper analyzes the stability of the pressure equalizing ventilation system in the mining process and when it is pushed to the stoppage line,and puts forward the management measures.Figure[30]table[31]reference[80]...
