Wood Type Printing Research Of Ruian

Printing is one of the "four great inventions" in ancient China,it has played a huge role in promoting the progress of human civilization and world science and technology.The wood type printing technique is the most widely used technique in the folk after the invention of the movable type printing in the Northern Song Dynasty.Through the combing of Ruian's history and culture,this paper highlights the strong clan concept in Rui'an culture,the strong style of worship,and the long-standing support for fellowship.It reveals the deep reason why the wood type printing is long in Rui'an.Then,the development history of engraving and wood type printing was sorted out,and the reasons for the use of genealogy printing as a wooden movable type printing carrier were explained from the perspectives of official,folk and literati.Thirdly,a brief introduction to the genealogical paradigm and production process is carried out,and then the in-depth study of the evolution of the old-fashioned craftsmanship in the urbanization in the process of inheritance and production mode,as well as the survival in the new historical period status.Finally,the problems and countermeasures of this skill in the new era of non-legacy protection are discussed.
