Daily-use ceramics are indispensable utensils in people's life.With the improvement of people's quality of life,high-quality daily-use fine porcelain is gradually loved by people.High siliceous porcelain is named for its high quartz content in raw materials and body.Since its invention,it has been widely recognized for its unique ceramic quality and excellent performance.It has the characteristics of fine porcelain,soft tone,good transmittance,high thermal stability and high wear resistance.This thesis systematically studies the process technology of high siliceous daily-use fine porcelain,which has application value for high siliceous porcelain performance improvement and production practice.In this paper,the production technology of high siliceous porcelain is studied one by one.Laser particle size analyzer is used to control the size of body and glaze,and high-quality raw materials are used to prepare high-performance slurry and glaze by segmental grinding and iron removal.The ceramic rolling and grouting models were prepared by adjusting the ratio of gypsum to water by utilizing the characteristics of water absorption of gypsum.Ceramic moulding was carried out by manual grouting and machine rolling.Through the adjustment of the specific gravity and other properties of the glaze slurry,the polished body is subjected to operations of immersion glazing or spray glazing.Using high-temperature body firing and low-temperature glaze firing technology,using thermal analysis technology,using shed board and profiling sagger as kiln furniture,a reasonable system of glaze firing and body firing was formulated.The particle size of quartz before ball milling,particle size distribution of slurry and body sintering temperature were studied.The influence factors of thermal stability of high siliceous porcelain were determined by means of XRD,deformability,particle size analysis and flexural strength.The influence of different firing methods and the amount of zirconium on the strength of body was discussed.Finding frits suitable for high siliceous porcelain production and testing linear expansion coefficient of different frits.According to the experiment of frit series proportion,by means of SEM,chemical analysis,expansion coefficient,flexural strength,glaze melting and other analysis methods,combined with the actual production situation,the suitable frit proportion is found,which makes the high siliceous porcelain body and glaze more matched.The influence of different raw materials on the temperature of high siliceous porcelain was analyzed.The influence of feldspar,talc and dolomite on temperature was judged by three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment.Through the production temperature reduction experiment,the deformability of body,thermal stability and appearance of products were studied,and the temperature reduction formula was determined.The adjusted formula sintering temperature was reduced from 1300? to 1285?,which reduced energy consumption.The effects of additives such as CMC,high temperature frit powder and water reducer on the body strength,glaze hardness,expansion coefficient and ball milling efficiency of high siliceous porcelain were determined.
